Can you tell me more about the quality of the frames and mounts?
The frames are produced to a high standard with tight corners. The mounts are bevel cut and have a textured finish. The pictures have a solid backing, and are ready to hang.
Are any of the pictures signed?
With the exception of the square and the smallest rectangular formats, all the pictures are signed by Colin Williamson.
What if we have a problem?
We are a long established family business. Customer service is a priority. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, please telephone us on (01947) 895540, and we will be glad to help.
How are the pictures and cards packed?
For retail customers, all our framed pictures are packed in purpose made robust polystyrene containers. Cards and mounted prints will be despatched in padded packages.
For trade customers, the packaging will vary depending on the size and makeup of the order. It will however, be carefully packed in order to ensure its safe delivery.
How are our orders despatched?
U.K. orders will be despatched by carrier or post. All items will require a signature on delivery.
What about overseas orders?
